If for any reason you are not completely happy, our return, replacement, refund, and cancellation policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to follow.
1. Return Policy
We accept returns for most products within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Kindly note that all delivery and pick-up logistics charges will be borne by the customer. To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.
Items not eligible for return:
- Customized, made-to-order, or special promotional items
- Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling

2. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending clear video (Before and after package is opened) of the issue to our support team.
We will verify the issue and arrange a pickup (if applicable) and deliver a replacement as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or choose an alternative item of equal value.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- The return has been received and approved after quality inspection.
- The order was cancelled before dispatch or delivery.
- The product is out of stock and a replacement cannot be arranged.
Refund method & timeline:
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during checkout (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
- It may take 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account after processing.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, kindly share your UPI ID, credit/debit card details, or bank account information where you would like the refund to be processed.
Please note: Shipping or COD (Cash on Delivery) charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
4. Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched—whichever is earlier.
To cancel your order, please reach out immediately to contact@myfitboat.com with your order number. Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. In such cases, you may proceed with a return after receiving the item.
Maydev Foods reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failure, suspicious activity, or other business reasons. If this occurs, the full amount will be refunded to you.
