All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order is shipped.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 7–10 working days. Please note that timelines may vary due to unforeseen delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders or Cash on Delivery orders above INR 300.
- A small service fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Important Notes
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be delivered and cannot be refunded.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes.
- In case of lost or delayed orders, contact us at contact@myfitboat.com, and we’ll help resolve it as soon as possible.
